Assistant Manager - Design

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage design activities for gear box components, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
  
• Lead a team of engineers to develop innovative solutions for complex design projects.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field (gear box domain preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of CAD software such as AutoCAD & SolidWorks; proficiency in GD&T principles.
• B.Tech/B.E. degree or Master degree from a recognized institution.
