Aczet - Assistant Export Manager - Sales (4-6 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies for XRF, Weighing, and Laser products

- Lead a team of regional managers, sales engineers, service engineers, and export coordinators

- Achieve sales volume, market share, and profit targets

- Formulate strategies based on market and competition intelligence

- Develop new market entry strategies and grow existing markets

- Identify and participate in potential trade fairs globally

- Explore and appoint distributors/dealers/agents globally

- Ensure robust sales processes and standards are implemented

- Analyze sales data and take corrective actions to meet sales goals

Requirements:

- Proven experience in export sales and management

- Strong knowledge of international markets and trade laws

- Excellent leadership and team management skills

- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
