eCommerce Assistant Manager/Manager

Role & responsibilities:

Assistant Manager

1. Monitoring operation performance and providing feedback to improve process efficiency
2. Reviewing customer feedback from surveys or other methods of assessment to identify problem areas in customer service
3. Developing and implementing process solution
4. Overseeing the implementation of operation changes that will improve efficiency in the workplace
5. Planning and organizing operation review
6. Managing financial impacts of performance changes
7. Communicating with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the services provided by the organization
8. Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth for clients

Key responsibilities :-

• New Account Acquisition & Service extension
• Reach out to & close commercials and contracts and onboard new clients (New enterprise & Tier 1 clients)
• Guide Sales executives in new client acquisition
• Cross sell/Usell new service tiers to existing clients & new clients & increase share of revenue
• Account Management
• Own P&L for portfolio managed
• Track and improve key metrics like revenue, share of wallet growth
• Drive customized solves for supply chain partners by working closely with Product/Planning/Ops/Design teams
• Engage at high level with partners on business growth with periodic reviews
• Conduct periodic client reviews
• New partnerships
• Scope the market, engage and build strong pipeline
• Work on the pricing with commercials team, negotiate and close deals with potential partners
• Program manage the onboarding effort and take new accounts live
• New product development
• Work closely with product and design teams in understanding supply chain capabilities in B2C, B2B, warehousing etc
• Build business cases, push for buy in from internal stakeholders, and take to market a fully packaged competitive offering.

Manager role

• Should have managed a large team of On-Rolls and Off rolls
• Experience in Team management, P & L management, Key account management, Relationship building, Sales, Business Development
• Strong People Orientation and skills to manage a large team.

You are responsible for:

• Team management
• Manage Client service team
• Cross Functional working with Operations, IT, Finance, Design, F&I, L&P and HR
• P & L management
• Continuous monitoring of Client Revenue & Cost accounts
• Review & Improve on the Service SLAs to ensure there is no impact on losses in storage & revenue.
• Contribute to cost reduction and efficiency increase
• Account Management
• Track and improve key metrics like revenue, share of wallet growth, Operational Performance metrics
• Reconciliation and Closure of shipments on time
• Collection of Payments on time
• Drive customized solves for supply chain partners by working closely with
• Engage with partners on business growth with periodic reviews
• New partnerships
• Program manage the onboarding effort and take new accounts live
• Product development and VAS
• Enhance Service Offerings through innovative solves & VAS
• Lead initiatives internally to improve key fulfillment related metrics.

• Understanding Client & Internal Systems and building reports, dashboards
