Assistant Director-Creative & Communication

Job Responsibilities:

The Creative & Communication  Assistant Director is responsible for leading the creative vision and communication strategy of the company. This role involves overseeing the creative team of graphics (photoshop & coral draw), contet writer, video editor, etc., developing and implementing communication campaigns, and ensuring that all creativegraphics, (photoshop & coral draw),output aligns with the company’s brand and objectives.

• Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Oversee all creative projects, ensuring high-quality and on-brand execution.
• Develop comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the company’s brand presence.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Manage and mentor a team of designers, writers, and communication specialists.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster professional growth and development within the team.
• Work closely with senior leadership to align creative and communication strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of the company’s brand across all communication channels.
• Develop and manage the creative and communication budget.

Skiils:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of successful communication campaigns and creative projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of graphics, photoshop & coral draw.
