Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) – Business Development with PAN India exposure in the repair and refurbishment of laptops and IT products to drive the growth and market presence of our company. As an SVP, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our business, expanding our reach, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning:
  Develop and implement business development strategies aimed at expanding the company’s market share in the repair and refurbishment industry across India.
• Market Analysis:
  Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging business opportunities, trends, and competitive intelligence to stay ahead of the market.
• Partnership Development:
  Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders such as suppliers, distributors, and service providers, ensuring robust partnerships that drive business growth.
• Sales Leadership:
  Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets, fostering a high-performance culture to accelerate business growth.
• Operational Oversight:
  Oversee day-to-day operations related to repair and refurbishment processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency.
• Financial Management:
  Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance related to business development activities, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Ensure that all business activities and operational practices comply with relevant laws and industry regulations.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  Lead innovation initiatives to improve service offerings, enhance operational efficiency, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Team Development:
  Mentor and develop a high-performing business development team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  Provide regular updates, reports, and strategic insights to the executive leadership team on business development progress and performance.

Key Qualifications:

• Education:
  A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience:
  Extensive experience (15-20 years) in business development, specifically within the repair and refurbishment of IT products. PAN India exposure is essential.
