Technical Project Manager

Role & responsibilities

ASPRCM is looking for an experienced Software Architect with good technology background and Healthcare domain knowledge.

• Work with the Engineering team to design, develop, test, and deploy product visualization and dashboards Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Healthcare Business Analysts - with Agile/Safe-Agile Business analysis experience.
• FHIR, HL7 data analyst and interoperability consulting.
• Healthcare digital transformation consultants with skills/experience of cloud data solutions design, Data analysis/analytics, RPA solution design.
• Overall, 10 - 15 years of experience with at least 4 - 6 years of Architecture / design experience.
• Expert level hands-on in Angular, Java, JEE, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate and RESTful service.
• Experience in designing and developing enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with the Software Quality Assurance team to test the system functionality .
• Good knowledge of relational database concepts, including SQL queries, data modeling and design, preferably in Microsoft SQL Server / PostgreSQL
• Proven ability to work independently as well as with other team members (Start-Up environment experience is a plus).
• Hands own experience in designing and building frameworks.
• Develop roadmap and products aligned with the overall industry growth. Responsible for technical collaboration and solving issues collectively.
• Work with the individual leads to conceptualize new ideas.
• Interact with the account teams on the innovation and develop road map for them. Responsible for preparing best practices, mentoring, training, and development.
• Evaluation of new technologies and tools.
• Training and continuous improvement of the team.
