We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Java Lead with 10+ Yrs to lead a team of developers in designing and delivering high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications. This role involves overseeing technical execution, collaborating with clients, and ensuring seamless project delivery for Enterprise Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Act as the primary liaison with the customer, fostering smooth communication and a positive experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code to meet project requirements.
• Ensure optimal application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Provide regular updates to customers and team members to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Address performance challenges, including application profiling, distributed caching, and memory management.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.

• 8+ years of professional experience in Java development.
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring Java development teams.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related technologies (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and design skills.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with relational database models and schema design.
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular, React, or Sencha.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behaviour-driven development (BDD)
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
