Job Description
- Responsible for maintaining confidentiality on the process from centralized unit.
- Monitors accuracy of centralized coded charts with proper CPT and ICD.
- Coding certification from AAPC and or AHIMA.
- Experience in specialties ED, E&M, Surgery
- Display effective and professional communication with internal and external customers.
- Supervise, guide, motivate and evaluate the team members.
- Be in the center of ethical behavior and never on the sidelines.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships through the business process.
- Assure satisfaction to the client through our quality process.
- Responsible for handling multiple projects to maintain the company business.
