What you will be doing:

• Maintain a large-scale MDM solution (Intune & JAMF)
• Evaluate technologies related to end user computing (Windows, Mac, Linux and Mobile)
• Implement Intune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager mobile device management platform
• Maintain usability, performance and security requirements on company-owned devices.
• Administration of Office 365, maintaining Ping ID configuration for SSO and MFA.
• Maintain SHL’s estate of iPhones and Apple DEP software

What we are looking for from you:
Essential:

• Proven experience of using Intune to automate and manage an AD\Azure environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience to troubleshoot technical issues and provide robust solutions
• Experience with Windows Defender ATP, Windows Update and Information Protection

Desirable:

• Knowledge of PowerShell and experience in writing PowerShell scripts
• Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD100/MD101)
• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administration Expert (MDAA + MS100/MS101)
• Experience of Linux and Amazon Workspaces
