Job Description
- Should have hands on experience in integration projects with exposure to one enterprise integration platform (Boomi, MuleSoft, WSO2 etc) for a minimum of 6 years
- Serve as primary day-to-day contact for external clients and Provide support and input to Sales and external clients
- Scope estimation, expectations management and Production management
- Plan and monitor projects to meet deadline, quality and budget requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to maintain appropriate client- or project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists and instructions
- Responsible for managing vendor relationships to ensure they are content and any expressed concerns within your scope are quickly and productively addressed.
- Responsible for routine and proactive dialogue with linguists regarding KPI performance, available capacity and related constraints
- Project planning & estimation in line with customer expectations & end-to-end client engagement.
- Project issue and risk management, Manage each project in accordance with the plans and companys process framework.
- Analyze project metrics to ensure compliance to quality.
- Drive the compliance of SLAs and make strategies to overcome non- compliance.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction & build ongoing relationships with them and managing their expectations.
- Closely work with internal stakeholders including sales, account management to maximize the further project opportunities for the existing customers.
- Knowledge sharing and promoting the implementation of best practices across projects.
