Job Title: Salesforce Intern (3-month Internship)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in Salesforce CRM platform implementation and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and assist in the customization of Salesforce applications.
• Perform data migrations, troubleshoot, and resolve basic Salesforce-related issues.
• Support in testing and quality assurance for Salesforce releases and updates.
• Assist in developing Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce customizations.
• Contribute to the creation of Salesforce reports and dashboards.
• Support the development of Salesforce automation processes, workflows, and triggers.
• Engage in team discussions, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:
• BE/BTech (Computer Science)
• MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

• Technical Skills:
• Basic understanding of Salesforce CRM (Hands-on experience or knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage).
• Salesforce Certification (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or any other relevant certification).
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce Administration is a plus.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Basic experience with databases (SQL, Oracle) is beneficial.
