Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment.The ideal candidate should have experience in facility management, with expertise in security, housekeeping, maintenance, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Security Management:

• Ensure effective security protocols are in place to safeguard the premises, assets, and personnel.
• Manage relationships with security service providers and ensure proper staffing and training.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to prevent theft, vandalism, or other threats.

2. Housekeeping & Maintenance:

• Oversee housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met.
• Develop maintenance schedules for infrastructure, plumbing, and HVAC systems to prevent downtime.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address any operational issues.

3. Electrical & Technical Maintenance:

• Supervise electrical system maintenance, including power backups, lighting, and other utilities.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair, installation, and servicing of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards.

4. Vendor & Contractor Management:

• Manage contracts with service providers for security, housekeeping, and technical maintenance.
• Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate cost-effective service agreements.

5. Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement emergency response procedures, fire safety protocols, and evacuation plans.
• Conduct staff training on workplace safety and emergency preparedness.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in facility management, preferably in a corporate, industrial, or commercial setup.
• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of security, housekeeping, electrical, and maintenance operations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations and ensure smooth facility operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing large-scale facilities or multi-site operations.
