Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. This role involves understanding clients needs, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The Relationship Manager will act as the key point of contact for clients across our dealerships and provide personalized support to foster loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive business growth through upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and support teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Manage client onboarding and ensure smooth service delivery at all locations.
• Track and report client interactions, sales performance, and feedback to management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, Basic Knowledge of Computer
