We are looking for a Data Analyst with 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of data manipulation, and expertise in tools like Python, SQL, advanced Excel, and databases. You will play a critical role in collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and presenting data to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and patterns.

Create detailed reports and dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Data Management:

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

Tools and Techniques:

Write efficient SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.

Use Python for data preprocessing, analysis, and visualization.

Employ advanced Excel techniques (e.g., macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data modeling and reporting.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.

Present actionable insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Database Management:

Maintain and optimize databases for performance and scalability.

Troubleshoot database issues and implement necessary solutions.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelors degree .

4+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role.

Proficiency in Python for data analysis and visualization (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).

Strong knowledge of SQL for database querying and manipulation.

Advanced skills in Excel, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and VBA.

Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL).

Preferred:

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).

Knowledge of statistical methods and tools.

Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
