• Record Keeping
• Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Update personal and financial information in the hospital's database.
• Billing and Insurance Processing
• Collect and process patient payments, including co-pays and outstanding balances.
• File and expedite third-party insurance claims, ensuring timely reimbursement.
• Operational Support
• Manage office inventory and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
