Marketing Manager For Orthopedics Department

Job Summary:

The Orthopedic Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the hospital's orthopedic services, drive patient volume, and strengthen the hospital's brand as a leader in orthopedic care. This role combines strategic planning, digital marketing expertise, and strong relationship-building skills to enhance the departments visibility and patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing:

• Develop and implement marketing plans for the orthopedic department to achieve patient acquisition and revenue targets.
• Identify unique selling propositions (USPs) for orthopedic services, including technologies, treatments, and expertise.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends, competitors, and patient needs.

Digital Marketing:

• Manage online campaigns (SEO, SEM, and social media) to increase visibility of orthopedic services.
• Create content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, and hospital websites focusing on orthopedic topics like joint health, sports injuries, and post-operative care.
• Oversee patient testimonials, case studies, and video stories to build trust.

Community Outreach & Offline Marketing:

• Organize orthopedic health camps, workshops, and awareness programs in the community.
• Collaborate with sports academies, gyms, and physiotherapy centers to promote preventive care.
• Develop relationships with local physicians, physiotherapists, and fitness trainers to establish a referral network.

Collaboration & Branding:

• Work closely with the orthopedic department to understand offerings and advancements.
• Design brochures, flyers, and promotional materials for orthopedic services.
• Represent the hospital at conferences, expos, and medical events.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Analyze patient acquisition data and trends to refine targeting efforts.
• Prepare monthly reports on campaign ROI, patient engagement, and service utilization.

Qualifications:
