Responsible to implement & adherence to QMS, product compliance and customers specific protocols & system requirements [like QAFA/ QMS/CMA and Traceability] right from yarn purchase, fabric production & processing till despatch. Quality Control & Assurance: Ensure that products meet company quality standards and customer requirements by overseeing the execution of quality control procedures at various stages of production. Process Monitoring & Improvement: Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement. Recommend and implement corrective actions and process enhancements to ensure consistency and compliance with quality standards. Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma). Prepare for external audits and manage the communication of audit findings. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, audits, and non-conformance reports. Prepare detailed reports for management on quality metrics and continuous improvement initiatives. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve quality issues, work closely with cross-functional teams to find root causes and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence. Training & Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to junior team members. Lead quality training sessions to promote quality awareness and best practices across departments.
