Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops in Healthcare Management.
• Prepare and update course materials, including syllabus, assignments, and exams.
• Conduct research and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals and industry publications.
• Guide and mentor students in academic projects, internships, and career development.
• Engage in curriculum development to align with industry trends and best practices.
• Organize and participate in industry events, guest lectures, and professional workshops.
• Develop case studies and simulations to enhance practical learning.
• Collaborate with healthcare industry professionals to provide students with industry exposure.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in faculty meetings, academic councils, and other institutional activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 310 years of teaching or industry experience in healthcare management.
• Strong research background with publications in reputed journals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and engage students in interactive learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare industry projects or consulting.
• Professional certifications in Healthcare Management or related fields.
• Experience in using innovative teaching methodologies and digital platforms.
