ITI ELECTRICAL (TRADE) FRESHER

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Installation and Maintenance:

Assist in the installation of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
Support the maintenance and repair of existing electrical systems, ensuring they are safe and operational.
Follow instructions from senior technicians to complete tasks such as wiring, conduit installation, and component assembly.
Technical Support:

Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues by conducting basic tests and inspections.
Help identify and replace faulty components, wiring, or devices under supervision.
Provide support in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
Safety and Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing electrical work.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure that the work area is safe and free of hazards.
Assist in ensuring that all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards.
Learning and Development:

Participate in on-the-job training to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade.
Attend workshops, training sessions, and safety meetings as required to enhance technical skills.
Seek feedback from senior technicians and supervisors to improve performance and learn new techniques.
Tools and Equipment Management:

Assist in the maintenance and organization of electrical tools and equipment.
Ensure that tools are used properly and returned to the designated storage area after use.
Report any damaged or missing tools to the supervisor.
Documentation and Reporting:

Assist in maintaining accurate records of work completed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and inspection checklists.
