Fundraising Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising campaigns and initiatives to meet financial goals.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and corporate partners.
• Research and apply for grants, sponsorships, and other funding opportunities.
• Organize fundraising events, donation drives, and community outreach programs.
• Manage donor databases and ensure timely follow-ups, acknowledgments, and reports.
• Create compelling fundraising proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to enhance fundraising efforts through digital and social media campaigns.
• Monitor fundraising trends, analyse performance, and provide reports to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical fundraising practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience 0 to 3 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, or sales.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of fundraising platforms, CRM tools, and grant applications is a plus.
• Passion for social causes and nonprofit work is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
• Multilingual is encouraged.
