Employee Volunteering Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and organized Employee Volunteering Manager to lead and manage our employee volunteering initiatives. This role involves coordinating meaningful volunteering opportunities, fostering a culture of giving back, and aligning our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives with employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in managing volunteer programs or community engagement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement employee volunteering programs aligned with company values and CSR goals.
• Coordinate volunteering events, ensuring maximum participation and impactful outcomes.
• Collaborate with non-profit organizations and community partners to identify volunteering opportunities.
• Employee Engagement:
• Promote volunteering initiatives within the organization to increase employee participation.
• Act as a point of contact for employee volunteers, addressing queries and providing guidance.
• Recognize and celebrate employee contributions to encourage continued involvement.
• Communication and Reporting:
• Communicate volunteering opportunities through internal channels such as newsletters, intranet, and team meetings.
• Collect feedback from volunteers and community partners to assess the impact of initiatives.
• Prepare reports on volunteer participation, hours contributed, and community impact.
• Collaboration and Partnership Building:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with non-profits, NGOs, and community organizations.
• Collaborate with HR and internal teams to integrate volunteering programs with employee engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Social Work, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in employee volunteering, CSR initiatives, or community engagement.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate employees to participate in volunteering activities.
