Paint Technologist

Role & responsibilities:

• Development of Exterior & Interior water and Solvent based paint . Develop the quality and cost effective .
• product for the application like Decorative,Industrial,Automotive,Metal,Wooden etc.
• To evaluate the Performance and check the quality of paint as per the standard practices
• Handling of raw material, Finished product, Instruments, equipment's .
• Documentation: Report preparation , literature search, data compilation and presentation.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Should have the formulation knowledge of Exterior & Interior water and Solvent based paint
• Should have the knowledge of formulation and testing of all type of Decorative,Industrial,Automotive, Metal, Wooden etc.
• Should have the knowledge of all the testing parameter of paint ,Pigment, Additives, Resin etc. as per the standard practice.
• Handling of Paint making/grinding and testing equipment like Bead Mill, Irsha Mill, Gyro shaker , HSD, Spectrophotometer, Hegman, Glossmeter, Refractometer etc.
• Should have the knowledge of formulation and testing of all type of Decorative,Industrial,Automotive, Metal, Wooden etc. Maintaining of Safety, 5S, Documentation, data compilation etc.
