Sr. Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange the packing material, engineering spares and machinery as per the plant requirements.

• Find out the new vendor and negotiate to optimize the cost.

• Ensure timely material delivered.

• Keep track of all data and analyse for further improvement.

• Co-ordinate with plant, vendor and head office for smooth operations.

• Arrange the R&D material requirements.

• Ensure adequate stock availability to avoid delay.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the vendor and internal team.

• Independently resolve the purchase related issue.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.

• 3 years’ experience in purchase of consumable and engineering spares order

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Good negotiation skills.

• Preferably from Food Industries-Mid size.
