Role Agent partner Management- Conduct research to identify new travel

agents and Developing relations with them by onboarding them with

us.

• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales

targets

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on increasing sales and

customer satisfaction by tapping walk-in clients and Maintaining

contacts with existing leads

• Maintaining strong collaborations with cross functional teams

• Travel Insurance Market Trends: Stay updated on market trends,

competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting travel insurance to

advise agencies effectively.

• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support& responsibilities
