Role & responsibilities

Establishing strong relationships with major accounts and key decision-makers to increase sales in designated territory.

• Reporting sales activity, generated sales quotation, and proposals and maintained customer contact database to achieve sales objectives and quota.
• Forecasting sales and established processes to achieve sales objectives and related metrics.
• Executing proven strategies to hit sales quota and help the company in achieving goals.
• Mentoring and motivating sales professionals to service customer accounts and target metrics.
• Introducing cost-saving initiatives to reduce losses and increase profit margin.
• Growing businesses by adopting market expansion strategy to serve different customer needs.
• Helping the team stay productive and focused on higher-value tasks to improve sales efficiency.
• target based onboarding of Restaurant and account management of restaurants.

Preferred candidate profile

experience in e-comm/food tech service sales and direct marketing sales.

• Minimum 2-3 years of Experience in Direct Sales / Offline Sales - direct under the sun/ Sales- Food Industries / E-commerce Sales / Sales-Restaurant and Hotel Industry

Candidates from competitors of the same trade (eg: Swiggy ,zomato, magicpin, flipkart, amazon, etc.)

E-commerce background people only would be preferred.
