Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - Marketing & Business Relations to lead our marketing initiatives and foster strategic partnerships with educational institutions, colleges, and coaching centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the branch's overall marketing activities and developing relationships to generate prospective student data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and increase brand awareness.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, print, and offline events, to attract prospective students.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations.
• Identify and establish partnerships with educational institutions, colleges, and coaching centers to generate leads and student data.
• Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and other promotional events to engage with potential students and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI on marketing activities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, partnership activities, and ROI to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated, creative thinker, strategic planner, and a team player with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Should open for travel within state for work related purpose.
• Should be proficient in Marathi Language.
