Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Architect to design, develop, and implement innovative CRM solutions that align with our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics 365 architecture, integrations, and customization, with the ability to lead complex projects from conception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Provide end-to-end architectural guidance, best practices, and recommendations for CRM implementations.

Design and integrate CRM with other business applications and systems using Azure services, APIs, and connectors.

Ensure CRM solutions align with business objectives, scalability, and security standards.

Mentor and guide development teams on Dynamics 365 technologies and tools.

Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Dynamics 365 applications.

Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

8+ years in CRM solutions, including at least 5 years with Dynamics 365 CRM.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, and Azure services.

Strong knowledge of CRM workflows, plugins, customizations, and SDK.

Experience with integration tools like Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, or third-party APIs.

Deep understanding of security, compliance, and governance in CRM implementations.

Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines for CRM projects.

Certifications:

Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-600, MB-210, or equivalent) are highly preferred
