Job Description
Ascendion is looking for Executive - Employee Relations to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies, policies, and programs to promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement.
- Advise and counsel managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or grievances, ensuring a fair and impartial process.
- Develop and deliver employee relations training programs for managers and employees to promote understanding of policies, procedures, and expectations.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and legal counsel to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Review and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures to align with current legislation and best practices.
