- Strategic Workforce Planning: Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand the organization's talent needs and develop a strategic workforce plan

- Talent Sourcing: Lead efforts to identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Candidate Screening and Selection: Oversee the candidate screening and selection process, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
- Interview Training: Provide training and guidance to hiring managers and interviewers to ensure fair and effective interviewing techniques
- Employment Branding: Work on enhancing the organization's employer brand to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts and provide data-driven insights to improve the recruitment process
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from application to onboarding
