• Qualification Bachelors / B.E. /B. Tech. /MCA in Electronics, Telecommunication, Information technology, Computer science.
• Working days 5 Days working.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare comprehensive RFPs for government projects in sectors such as Smart Cities, Fleet Management, and Surveillance Solutions.
• Develop precise technical solutions and compliance documentation aligned with project requirements.
• Collaborate with government agencies to facilitate successful tender submissions.
• Identify and evaluate new tender opportunities to align with business goals.
• Coordinate the Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, ensuring timely and complete submissions.
• Formulate a strategic approach to each proposal to maximize competitiveness.
• Partner with OEMs to integrate their offerings into proposal solutions.
• Prepare detailed technical and financial proposals tailored to project specifications.
• Compile and verify compliance documentation to meet all regulatory standards.
• Manage the entire bid submission process to ensure accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
• Conduct product and solution presentations/demonstrations as part of the proposal process.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with OEMs to align project deliverables and updates.
• Lead contract negotiation processes to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Oversee project kick-off to ensure smooth handover to project execution teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelors, B.E., B. Tech. or MCA in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT or Computer Science.
• Strong English writing skills with proven technical expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of RFP and RFI processes and proposal strategy formulation.
• Ability to prepare detailed technical and financial proposals showcasing robust, integrative solutions.
• Precision in completing compliance documentation to meet project standards.
• Experience in managing bid submissions, from preparation to on-time delivery.
• Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and demonstrations.
• Effective in maintaining follow-ups and managing communications with stakeholders.
• Proficient in contract negotiation to achieve optimal terms for project success.
