Job Description
- Production Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of Micro Spinning and Vortex Spinning units.
- Plan and allocate resources to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to production schedules while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality yarn.
- Identify and resolve defects, deviations, or inefficiencies in the spinning process.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Team Leadership:
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of operators and technicians.
- Promote a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to the team.
- Technical Expertise:
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Micro Spinning and Vortex Spinning processes.
- Optimize spinning parameters for maximum efficiency and minimal waste.
- Stay updated on advancements in spinning technologies and recommend their adoption.
