F&B Assistant / Data Entry Operator

Role & responsibilities

1. Preparing the Production Plan and Accordingly indenting all Raw materials.
2. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
3. Monitoring Production Wastage and Leftovers and making Corrective Action Based on the Graph.
4. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
5. Oversee and train employees.
6. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
7. Check production output according to specifications.
8. Submit reports on performance and progress.
9. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
10. Train the new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
11. Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Advanced skills in MS Office

Qualification : Degree in Food Technology.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate with Degree in Food Technology, fresh or having minimum 1 year of Experience in star hotels/restaurants, having good computer knowledge.
