Artsana Group - Manager - Projects (4-7 yrs)

POSITION INFORMATION

DEPARTMENT : Retail

LOCATION : Gurgaon

ROLE PURPOSE:

The role will be responsible for handling the company's end to end project led operations at the store level via identifying appropriate vendors, coordinating with them for execution of work related to store construction and development, not only restricted to interiors alone.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and manage vendors, develop a working relationship with them

- Ideation, planning & budgeting, production and implementation of all in-shop activities including but not limited to permanent/ semi-permanent visibility, point of sale material and consumer promotions in all channels such as Distribution, Modern Trade, Chicco stores

- Responsible for in store regular maintenance & internal changes/renovations across PAN India

- Timely execution of store project works/site works as per the predefined budget including, fixtures designing, fixtures production, flooring, paint, lights, electrical, false ceiling, HVAC and carpentry

- Managing the point of sale material including budget, logistics, distribution and assortment

- Managing VM requirements of Chicco brand stores.

- Close coordination with sales team and deliver their requirements of visibility and other sales tools as per the agreed time frame

- Ensure that the local feedback is taken by regular visiting the markets, speaking to customers, sales teams and other stakeholders
