We are looking for a US IT recruiter who will play a key role in managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, working with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions that enhance efficiency, security, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
1+ year of proven experience as an IT recruiter in the US market.
Able to work for US Pacific Shift. (US IT Recruiter)
Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, Developers, Network Engineers, and other IT professionals.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from different Job Portals like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and different social networking sites
Experience in hiring Contract/C2H staff for various customers.
Knowledge of US recruitment regulations and employment laws.
Familiarity with working on contract and permanent roles.
Ability to source and recruit top talent for hard-to-fill roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer acceptance for IT positions in the US.
Source candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, etc).
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
Ensure timely and smooth communication with both candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and strategies in the IT industry.
Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals for future openings.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
Qualification:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
