Job Title : AI Engineer
Job Type : Full-Time
Experience : 5+ Years
Location : Gurgaon, Haryana (On-site)
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to address complex business challenges, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML).
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistics.
- Hands-on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of MLOps practices for CI/CD pipelines in AI model development.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of ethical AI and explainable AI frameworks.
- Design and develop AI models and algorithms to address specific business needs.
- Preprocess and analyze large datasets to support AI model development.
- Perform feature engineering, data cleaning, and augmentation.
- Collaborate with data scientists to manage and process structured and unstructured data.
- Deploy AI models into production environments using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Design APIs and interfaces for integrating AI solutions with other applications.
- Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed AI solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and business analysts.
- Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research and technologies.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
