Appian Developer - SAIL (6-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Lead Appian Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in Appian development and a strong track record of leading teams or projects. As a certified Appian Lead Developer, you will design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions while mentoring junior developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and Design : Build and optimize applications using Appian SAIL, process models, and integration frameworks.

- Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Appian development.

- 2+ years in a senior developer or leadership role.

Certification :

- Appian Certified Lead Developer (mandatory).

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Appian SAIL, process models, and system integrations.

- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and database technologies is a plus.
