Roles and Responsibilities :

We are actively seeking experienced candidates for the Relationship Executive role within our field sales process. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with expertise in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).

Key Responsibilities :

1. Area/Geography Mapping :

- Conduct lane-to-lane/area mapping regularly

- Work with supervisor for mapping execution

- Identify new sources in allocated areas

- Report progress during team huddles

2. Source Relationship Management :

- Manage relationships with assigned and identified sources

- Understand source potential

- Monitor and maintain LSR, SLR, and MS ratios

- Utilize relationship-building tools effectively

3. Sales and Business Development :

- Develop client relationships for Home Loans and LAP

- Plan market activities with Branch Manager

- Maintain daily sales reports and lead updates

- Achieve monthly productivity targets

- Focus on customer satisfaction for retention and referrals

4. Reports Management :

- Maintain accurate and timely reporting
