Sr.Data Scientist

• Proactively generate innovative ideas, craft compelling business cases, and pitch them to stakeholders.
  
• Analyze data to uncover valuable insights and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement success metrics aligned with product objectives.
  
• Develop and implement machine learning models that are accurate, scalable, and reliable, ensuring efficient predictions.
  
• Work with real-time data, integrating it into machine learning frameworks seamlessly.
  
• Collaborate with Developers and Operations Research Scientists to maximize operational impact using predictions.
  
• Foster collaboration among peers, establish best practices, and mentor junior team members.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in machine learning methodologies with hands-on experience in production environments.
  
• Proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, pandas, seaborn, etc.), SQL, and Docker for scalable environments.
  
• Strong understanding of software development practices, including testing, Git, and model lifecycle management.
  
• Familiarity with real-time data integration, stream processing, and basic mathematical optimization.
