Position Title: PCG Advisor
CTC: 5 -25LPA
Exp: 3yrs+
Location : Mumbai
Working Mode: Onsite
Working Mode: Onsite
Notice Period: Immediate - 60 days
Primary Skill: HNI client handling, Exp.on PMS, Mutual Fund, AIF and Insurance Product, Good Communication skills
Qualification: Graduation (NISM certificate mandatory)
Roles and responsibility:-
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Management :
Manage and expand an established book of business, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Target Achievement:
Focus on achieving targets related to trading, order punching, client acquisition, cross-selling, and revenue generation.
- Product Knowledge:
Demonstrate expertise in PMS, Mutual Funds, AIF, and Insurance products to effectively meet clients needs and enhance their portfolios.
- Communication and Engagement:
Exhibit strong communication skills to engage and support clients effectively, building trust and ensuring positive outcomes.
- Career Consistency:
Must be currently employed with no employment gaps to demonstrate a stable career track and current market knowledge.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in the financial sector with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with financial products, including PMS, Mutual Funds, AIF, and Insurance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A stable career history, currently employed without gaps.
