Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new client acquisition, selling financial products such as Mutual Funds, equities, PMS/AIF, and FIP. The role demands a strong understanding of financial markets and investment products, as well as the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company's client base.
• Sell and promote financial products including Mutual Funds, equities, PMS/AIF, and FIP.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored investment solutions.
• Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice to clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in selling Mutual Funds, equities, PMS/AIF, or FIP.
• Strong understanding of financial products and markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Certification in financial markets (e.g., NISM) is a plus.
