Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the analysis and interpretation of complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends,

and insights using Python.

- Design and implement advanced data analytics solutions on Azure platforms, including Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, and Synapse Analytics.

- Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports to provide key business insights and support strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the accuracy, cleanliness, and organization of data for effective analysis.

- Conduct data profiling and validation to maintain data quality and reliability across the organization.

- Write advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze data from Azure SQL databases.

- Leverage Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy, etc.) for data cleaning, manipulation, and visualization of large datasets.

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and deliver insights that influence key business decisions.

- Create and support ad hoc analyses and reporting as required by various teams within the organization.

- Present data findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in an easily understandable manner, driving business actions.

- Implement and uphold data governance practices, ensuring compliance with data security protocols and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong focus on data analysis using Python.

- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, with substantial experience in working with Azure SQL databases.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Factory.

- Advanced expertise in Python libraries for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn).

- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for creating impactful reports and dashboards.

- Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable business insights.

- Strong knowledge of data governance and data quality practices.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in analyzing and interpreting data.

- Proven ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
