Job Description
- Lead a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance,mentorship, and support
- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficientSalesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and otherSalesforce technologies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, andother cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements,translating them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain Salesforceintegrations with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware tools
- Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards,and maintainable code
- Manage and prioritize development tasks, ensuring timelydelivery of projects and resolutions of issues
- Identify and implement processimprovements, automation, and innovative solutions to enhance Salesforcefunctionality and user experience
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, newfeatures, and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on theorganization
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance toresolve issues and incidents related to Salesforce applications
- Collaboratewith the Salesforce administrators and architects to design and implementscalable and secure Salesforce architectures
Skills :
- Extensiveexperience (7+ years) in Salesforce development, with a focus on Apex,Visualforce, and Lightning Components
- Strong leadership skills and experienceleading a team of Salesforce developers
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforceplatform capabilities, configuration, customization, and administration
- Proficiency in Salesforce integration techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, webservices, and middleware tools
- Solid understanding of object-orientedprogramming principles and design patterns
- Experience with Agile/Scrumdevelopment methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability totranslate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communicationand collaboration skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at alllevels of the organization
- Salesforce certifications such as SalesforceCertified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or SalesforceCertified App Builder are highly desirable
