- Manage and prioritize development tasks, ensuring timely delivery of projects and resolutions of issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and innovative solutions to enhance Salesforce functionality and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and incidents related to Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce administrators and architects to design and implement scalable and secure Salesforce architectures.
