Product/Business Analyst (2-4 yrs)

We are seeking a Product Analyst / Business Analyst to join a leading precision oncology company focused on personalized cancer treatment using Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and digital health technology.

This role requires a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional teams across engineering and marketing.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining product strategies, improving customer experiences, and driving product success.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Define and analyze feature requirements to enhance product functionality.

- Conduct customer research to understand user needs and expectations.

- Improve customer experiences by implementing feedback-driven enhancements.

- Develop and execute a detailed product strategy aligned with business goals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales.

- Plan and manage product roadmaps, releases, and feature rollouts.

- Identify product gaps and propose innovative solutions.

- Generate new product ideas and assess their feasibility.

- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies based on market analysis.

- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure product feasibility and development.

- Coordinate with PR and marketing teams for successful product launches.

- Serve as a product evangelist, representing the company at industry events and public forums.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in product development or management.

- Proven ability to drive product development and manage product lifecycles.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.

- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence teams.
