About the Job
We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Lead with strong recruitment expertise to join our growing HR team. As a Recruitment Lead, you will get the opportunity to lead the talent acquisition practice for specific thematic areas in the organization, working in conjunction with office teams and field teams nationwide.

In this role, you will leverage creative recruitment and hiring tactics to prospect and engage with top talent. You will be responsible for filling niche and routine vacancies across programs by overseeing the complete recruitment process for the thematic area for both office and field-based roles. As the Recruitment Lead, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers and field teams to ensure a seamless, efficient, and proactive recruitment process while tracking key metrics. You will also implement sourcing methods, advise on the best interview techniques and practices, and build professional networks.

What You Will Do in This Role

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Create, implement, and enhance recruitment strategies to fulfill talent acquisition requirements.
  • Close vacancies within hiring TATs budgets.
  • Monitor market trends and offer suggestions to enhance hiring practices.
  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
  • Track and report recruiting metrics.
  • Implement new sourcing methods and optimize headhunting outreach activities.
  • Conduct ATS implementation activities as per plan.
  • Research and choose the best job advertising channels and techniques.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and facilitate effective selection processes.
  • Recommend ways to improve the employer brand.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Participate in job fairs and career events.
  • Drive campus partnerships and targeted recruitment drives for DEI initiatives.
  • Implement effective background verifications for all new recruits.
  • Negotiate and onboard talent at optimal budgets.
  • Build the organizations professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners.
  • Implement effective onboarding processes by partnering with field and office teams, executing SOPs, and devising engaging ways to enhance new hire experiences.
  • Manage a team of 1-2 recruiters for headhunting, hiring onboarding processes for thematic areas.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:

  • Excitement about recruiting top talent for diverse teams in field operations, offices, and various social development programs.
  • 8+ years of work experience in HR, with at least 5 years of strong experience in talent acquisition and 3 years of team management experience in a medium to large organization.
  • Proficiency in headhunting talent quickly through diverse channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and professional groups.
  • Strong skills in listening, English reading writing, negotiation, mathematical aptitude, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
  • Experience in data analytics AI-driven recruitment (preferred).
  • Sound knowledge of Indias social sector HR norms constraints (previous experience in the development sector is a plus).
  • A determined resilient personality with a desire to grow and succeed.
  • Patience in navigating limited structures, evolving policies, and a fast-paced, high-energy, diverse work environment.
  • A shared interest in values-driven work and a commitment to upholding organizational principles.
