Job Description
- Developing and implementing the organizations mental health policy.
- Establishing and leading the Mental Health department.
- Facilitating individual and group interventions, ensuring the mental well-being of staff, children, and their families, in collaboration with psychologists and counselors.
- Providing guidance and support to psychologists and counselors through observation, on-the-job assistance, and regular supervisory meetings.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reports and documentation, both online and offline.
- Integrating mental health considerations into all aspects of the organizations programming.
- Addressing the mental health needs of caregivers participating in evening programs.
- Conducting periodic training sessions for staff at all levels.
- Managing a personal caseload.
- Collaborating with project heads within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree (M.Sc. or MA) in Psychology, Applied Psychology, Rehabilitation Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Applied Mental Health Science, Social Work (MSW), or a PhD in Psychology.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior role.
- Fluency in both English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in computer-based documentation and presentation.
- RCI registration is preferred but not mandatory
