Developing and implementing the organizations mental health policy.
Establishing and leading the Mental Health department.
Facilitating individual and group interventions, ensuring the mental well-being of staff, children, and their families, in collaboration with psychologists and counselors.
Providing guidance and support to psychologists and counselors through observation, on-the-job assistance, and regular supervisory meetings.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date reports and documentation, both online and offline.
Integrating mental health considerations into all aspects of the organizations programming.
Addressing the mental health needs of caregivers participating in evening programs.
Conducting periodic training sessions for staff at all levels.
Managing a personal caseload.
Collaborating with project heads within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree (M.Sc. or MA) in Psychology, Applied Psychology, Rehabilitation Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Applied Mental Health Science, Social Work (MSW), or a PhD in Psychology.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior role.
Fluency in both English and Hindi.
Proficiency in computer-based documentation and presentation.
