Job Description: The Senior Researcher/Account Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for critical roles while building strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role requires someone with a proactive approach to account management and recruitment, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver the best talent solutions.
Responsibilities: - Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, managing recruitment for key positions and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Account Management: Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, aligning candidate selection with client expectations and requirements.
- Sourcing & Recruitment: Lead sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for high-priority positions.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations throughout the recruitment process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate and client records, tracking recruitment metrics to ensure operational efficiency.
- Bachelors degree in HR or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment or client-facing roles.
- Proven client management and account handling skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and recruitment software/CRM systems.
