Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Agile Scrum methodologies and a solid understanding of Feature-Driven Development (FDD). As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality fintech solutions, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple Agile teams, guiding them in the application of Agile principles and practices.

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the effective management of the product backlog and prioritization of work.

- Coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.

- Identify and remove impediments to team progress, ensuring timely delivery of sprint goals.

- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous feedback within the team.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals and deliverables.

- Utilize knowledge of Feature-Driven Development (FDD) to enhance team practices and improve delivery outcomes.

- Track and report on key Agile metrics to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.

- Proven track record of successfully facilitating Agile processes and delivering high-quality software products.

- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.

- Knowledge and experience with Feature-Driven Development (FDD) is a plus.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

- Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile best practices.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.

- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
