Quality Assurance Manager

Job Description:
The Quality Assurance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing our quality control processes and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. You will lead a quality team, conduct audits, and implement systems that promote continuous improvement within our manufacturing and export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control Oversight:
• Oversee the quality control processes and procedures to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Identify areas for improvement in processes, materials, and products.
• Implement corrective actions and improvements based on audit findings and team feedback.
• Team Management:
• Manage the quality assurance team, assigning daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and effectiveness.
• Issue Resolution:
• Address and resolve any quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure alignment on quality goals.
• Quality System Development:
• Design and implement a robust quality management system to uphold product integrity.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the textile industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and auditing practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
